Detoxifying Treatment

Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas heat the body gently using the penetrating radiant heat and operate at a significantly cooler and comfortable air temperature range of 110 to 150F  (versus  180 to 235F in a conventional sauna).  Research has shown that infrared saunas are able to produce a more powerful detoxification effect for the removal of acid waste, fat-soluble toxins, and heavy metals.
